Long-time Austinite couple Moya and Colin McIntyre, who also own the neighboring wedding and event venue Springdale Station, have transformed the old Austin Eastciders space into a new all-day concept called Stargazer that will officially open to the public on Friday, November 15, 2024.

Named Stargazer as an homage to the location’s new vintage rocket ship playscape installation and one of their favorite flowers, the McIntyres decided to open a type of concept that they would enjoy frequenting themselves, and one that embodies the welcoming Old Austin atmosphere they love. The new Stargazer space comes complete with updated tables and umbrellas for plenty of shaded seating inside and out, new landscaping and decor, with an outdoor play area for kids featuring a vintage rocket ship playscape, a robust coffee, cocktail and mocktail program, beers and ciders on tap and more.
